Neighborhood Street LightsAnytime you notice a street light is out, you do not have to wait for the Board to contact LG&E. You can call LG&E and report it directly, as this is all a Board member does when you contact us. Thanks! |

Web Site - Swap & ShopWe have the Swap and Shop Web page available, but it is way underused! Anyone who lives in the neighborhood is free to post to this Web page. No ID or password is needed. This is a great place to look for that one item you might need or to get a little cash for those items that you have but for which you dont want to hold a yard sale in order to sell. Check it out! |

NOTICE - Liters Quarry Mining - UPDATE - Mining Resumed!Mr. Bob Dye, Oldham County 7th District Magistrate, has informed the Board that Liters is petitioning to resume some operations in their Mine #1 on the north side of 71. Mine #2, on our side of 71, has been shut down, will not resume, and has abandoned mining rights there. This is the early stages of getting approval, and its Mr. Dye's personal opinion that Liters will never actually restart. (FWIW Liters has a kind of limestone most valuable for non-skid asphalt, so its only mined when special ordered.) Mr. Dye has gotten Liters to agree to a mailing to area residents, apparently with the offer of a free home inspection before any operations are resumed. If you would like to provide you name, address, and lot number to Mr. Dye, you can receive this notification when it arrives. |

TheftOn Thursday evening, April 29th, two homeowners on Gant Court left their garage bay doors open. The cars inside were left unlocked. At one home the thieves found nothing of value and left. However at the second home a purse was left in the car. The thieves stole cash, gift cards, handheld electronics, and prescription medication. Please remember to close and lock your garage doors. Also, if you see your neighbors garage doors open later then normal, please consider giving them a call. |
