Who does the snow removal and where does the money for that come from?

Most of the subdivision streets are county roads.  The county is responsible for snow removal on these roads.  The roads in the new sections (e.g., Jones Trace) that are still being developed are owned by the Developer.  He is responsible for snow removal until the roads are turned over to the County.
