How much are homeowner's dues?

Homeowner's dues are $150.00 per year. Statements for annual dues will be sent out around the end of January and will be due upon receipt with late fees assessed after 30 days.

Who do we contact to get approval for a fence, garage, in-ground pool or other structural change?

The Briar Hill Homeowners Association's approval is necessary for all structural changes or additions.  Please fill out the appropriate form and email it to the board.

Who does the snow removal and where does the money for that come from?

Most of the subdivision streets are county roads.  The county is responsible for snow removal on these roads --- 222-0426

Who do we contact if we have problems with cars parked in the street?

Contact Oldham County Roads Department if you have a problem with people parking in the street.  If the problem persists, contact the Board.

Can we put in an above-ground pool?

Above ground pools are generally prohibited.
